Gloria Vaughan’s twenty years of military service provides her with a unique view of Customer Service, Real Estate Procurement and Market Trends. She is able to share with her clients to help them make the best decisions for their needs and desires.

Based in Chesapeake, Virginia, Gloria is the expert to assist you with all your home buying and selling needs in Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Suffolk, and the surrounding Southern Virginia areas.  Specializing in Military Relocation, First Time Home Buying, New Construction, Investment Acquisitioning, Foreclosure and Short Sales, her multi-faceted expertise is of great benefit to clients.

Gloria gains great satisfaction from helping others achieve the America Dream of Homeownership. She uses the latest internet technologies to market and find homes at an expert level. Despite Gloria’s extensive experience, she believes education is paramount earning a Bachelor degree in Education and a Master Degree in Human Resource Management while on active duty. She continues to hone her skills by staying on the cutting edge of her industry by attending as much training as she can. Her work ethics didn’t start in the real estate industry but followed her as a Supply Corps Warrant Officer.

 Gloria is a member in good standing of the Hampton Roads Realtor Associations (HRRA), Virginia Association of Realtors (VAR) and National Association of Realtors (NAR) in addition the Real Estate Information Network (REIN) Multiple Listing Service (MLS). She feels that being a Realtor is about more than joining professional associations; Gloria believes Realtors should be involved in their communities where they work as well. She has served her community in many capacities from feeding the Homeless to Senior Outreach Programs. One of the reasons Gloria decided to join Exit Realty was her love for Habitat for Humanity which she and Exit Realty support and to date have donated over $2 Million to the charity and built more than 15 Habitat Homes.
