Licensed in Virginia in 2005 I have experienced the buying frenzy during the height of the market and now the cautiousness of this current market.  I truly believe it is a great time to buy a home and if you have considered it, it is even a great time to sell and upgrade. I also firmly believe to protect yourself you need to invest in research and caution and I will arm you with statistics and my thorough research.

I have a strong background in sales and marketing as well as forecasting.  My tenacity as a salesperson will help you achieve your goals in the buying and selling process and my analytical background will help guide your decision making process. 

Interest rates have not been this low, as of March 2012 Good Credit VA loans have been 3.75% with no points and 3.5% with very few points for other loans - you may never be able to afford so much house as you can now. 

I have a long list of trusted referrals from loan officers to inspectors to attorneys so don't go it alone - call me early and together we will find the right lender and loan program and start the process out on the right foot.
