Kevin Hare “ the Real Estate Guy” has been involved in residential Real Estate in Hampton Roads for over 12 years. Kevin Hare been a lifelong resident of this area and grew up in the city of Norfolk. Kevin originally got his start in real estate by helping to run a non-profit organization to assist home buyers who had no money for down payments receive a grant in order to purchase either their first home or the home of their dreams! He successfully help thousands realize the “ American Dream” of home ownership for  several years after that Kevin decided to continue to help people in need or hardship by specializing in short sales. He came to enjoy what he was doing so much that he then decided to become a licensed real estate agent in order to be able to help someone through the entire process from contract to closing! Specializing in Short Sales, Military relocation, and first time home buyers his multi-faceted expertise is of great benefit to his clients. Kevin truly understands the dynamics of the Hampton Roads real estate market and is an expert at educating his clients so they can make the best decisions for their needs. Kevin is heavily involved at using the latest internet technologies to market and find homes at an expert level. Kevin believes that education is paramount to success and has completed intensive training covering a variety of topics from marketing listings for a quick sale to negotiating contracts and helping sellers in danger of foreclosure. Kevin was voted “ Rookie of the Year” soon after he started his career.  Kevin is a member in good standing with the Hampton Roads Realtor Association(HRRA) and the National Association of Realtors(NAR) in addition to the Real Estate Information Network Multiple Listing Service(MLS).
